I've had waxes here before and they've been great. This time I had Nahid who is a very sweet and friendly lady, who ensured that no patches of hair were left where I received the wax. It didn't take too long either.
The only issue was that there was some confusion and lack of communication among the staff, so I waited for an hour despite having available staff who could have waxed me. So if you happen to be waiting for a while, go up to a staff member at the reception to remind them of your appointment.

Eyelashes fell out one hour after leaving the salon. Had to go back the following day to sort which was annoying. Eyebrow tint wasn't great this time either

I went in with 2 months worth of hair all over (yes I know disgusting) anyway I had the lovely N.Donlie. She was great, removed all my hairs and was gentle. She was funny and made me feel at ease. Great full body wax, will definitely go again. And to N.Donlie, my husband did come and said my body was silky smooth, all thanks to you.
