Absolutely awful! Really disappointed this time round. The lady complained that I was hairy, then complained I didn't have enough hair to get a smooth outcome. She even bruised me. The lady was Iranian, asked me if I've ever been to the salon, I said yes, twice before. She said with who, I said another Iranian lady and an Indian lady. I told her both both experience were really good which is why I came back a third time. She then told me to go back to the Indian lady next time (completely irrelevant, and slightly racist) I asked her why? She said it's better and left it there. Then she tried to not wax my upper thigh and claimed that it wasn't part of the full body. I told her I paid for a fully body AND A buttox so I could get everything below my waist waxed so I paid extra. She then threw a huff and acted like She was doing me a favour even though I paid for everything. I don't know what her problem was. I then left and on my way out tried to speak to Dr Abbas but he pushed he onto another lady which I found really rude. The other lady said she could only apologise but that was all. Really unprofessional. With these salons it's a hit or miss. You either get someone really good or really shit that hurts you. Not gonna go back there.
