This was my first appointment with Lemoge. I paid in advance via this app. My appointment that I booked was meant to be on a Sunday at 4.15pm, this was cancelled by them at the last minute and re arranged for a Monday. I didn’t mind but then I received another phone call and was informed that they don’t offer the ‘G5’ massage and I would have to have a ‘LPG’ massage instead (despite it being listed on the app) . When I arrived today I was told that not only was my treatment and time changed i should ALSO pay an additional £16 for the bodysuit that has to be worn for the treatment. Also i paid for a 45 minutes treatment and it was much shorter around 30minutes in length. I don’t think I will be visiting this salon again. Wasn’t very professional at all.

The saloon was very messy.
The wax was painful and the beautician didn’t look so skillful.
The massage was completely a joke, it looked like she was applying cream in my back. I don’t think she ever did a massage course.
It’s the sencon time that I try this chain and both time was a disaster.
Cheap treatments but absolutely not worthy!
