I heard great things about Lemoge and I have been before but this time was sadly different. I was asked to wait five minutes and I was happy to wait but was left waiting for twenty minutes. I had a Hollywood wax and while there I also had a half leg wax. I was told two different prices - the leaflet/price list board and the beauticians price herself. When I asked about this I was told it’s to do with management above and beyond her control. Once I got home I noticed my waxings are not silky smooth as promised but they are stubbly and patchy. I also booked for individual eyelash extensions and when I spoke to the beautician she showed me cluster lashes (different types) and when I questioned it and said I paid for individual not cluster she explained that it wasn’t her fault and that was all she could do. As I had already paid through treatwell she said they would still look as good and to give it a try. Within 24 hours the lashes are falling out and are bare. I have tried to call the salon directly to discuss this. The ladies themselves were lovely but I’m unhappy with the treatments.

I had to pay extra and the wax left marks on my skin especially in the bikini area. I won't be coming back, do not trust any of the "Lemoge" clinics! I had eyelashes extensions in another of these clinics and the work was so badly done I had to remove them the same day.
