Genuinely the worst experience I’ve had in any salon. The beautician clearly had no idea what she was doing and waxed off half of my eyebrow. They sent someone else to do the other eyebrow, but it looks horrific as they are both completely different. They didn’t offer a refund which is the least they could do. Very bad job.
