My first waxing treatment at this venue. Beautician Masi was very professional, she listened carefully to my preferences and made sure the temperature in the room was fine for me. No wax traces left and good skin soothing afterwards. And important: she made sure the experience was as painless as can be! I’ll come back definitely!

The staff were fairly nice but I was very disappointed with the actual waxing (full legs). The hair was not removed from the root because of the poor wax quality/technique, quite a few spots were missed and the wax wasn't wiped off properly at all after the waxing. When I showed her the residual wax, I was given wet wipes and asked to do it myself. The wax was honey wax which should be washed off with water but instead they used oil which should only be used for synthetic wax. It was only £10 for full leg waxing so I guess you get what you pay for 🤷♀️
