Most painful wax ever with a lot of hair left. I was asked to straight my skin for the all time when it should be the therapist's duty. When I was shouting for the pain I've been told I had too much hair so she couldn't do anything. If I didn't have hair why should I have waxed?

The service I received today was quick and efficient, I was out of there within 40 minutes and I got a Brazilian, legs, buttocks & underarms. The only downside was I found hair in a few places and I had to actually say I don’t want hair on my lips or surrounding (given a bikini basically)! Either way next time I’ll just ensure Masi, Deka or Nadia is there before I book! Fantastic either way and great value for money
