The lady did a great job with my hollywood wax.
One thing however to note was that she asked if I paid online. She mentioned that the back side is not included in the price when booking online.
She did not ask me to pay anything extra after all, but said for future to know.
This is not professional of the clinic as I go to other lemoge clincs all the time and they have never said the same.
Also, it is as simple as including the full price on treatwell if they want more for this treatment, because hollywood wax means full back and front.

Simply appalling customer service. When I arrived there the receptionist (black hair), busy liking pics on instagram, didn't even raise her head to say hi. Once I tried to get her attention, she was clearly annoyed and bothered, and gave me the most rude answers to my questions. When by mistake I dropped a pen down, she snorted at my face exclaiming "oh my god!!!".
After found the way to the sunbed by myself, i was shocked for the dirtiness of it. I understand the service is cheap, but at least the basics of a decent customer service and of a decent clean ambient.
I won't spend any other penny again to be treated as I was there.
