Genuinely the worst experience I’ve had in any salon. The beautician clearly had no idea what she was doing and waxed off half of my eyebrow. They sent someone else to do the other eyebrow, but it looks horrific as they are both completely different. They didn’t offer a refund which is the least they could do. Very bad job.

lady did a thorough job but still managed to leave 2 patches undone which I will have to do at home. i was in a rush and didn't check it but overall I am happy even though I came out with bright red legs as my skin is so sensitive!
