Fine but it could be better

I come here every 2/3 months for pretty much the same treatments and I have my ups and downs. Last time I came here, I had the worst experience. What should of been minimum a 90 minutes job was 28 minutes. I had soo much hair left over that I actually had to shave.
This time Leena was AMAZING, she was friendly, gentle and a perfectionist which was something I definitely needed. I would recommend her anytime of the day!
