I was sent to the neighbouring branch as the eyelash beautician was not at work. The sister branch seemed as if they did not want to do my eyelashes. Was very unhappy about the final look. Was told it would be hard for the lady to do my extensions because my eyelashes were too curly. Not happy, wish I could be refined tbh. Not going back.
