Lovely team at the branch I went to (Finchley Road). However, the morning I was booked in I received a text message and phone call to say that my appointment had been move to Finchley Road rather than Kilburn which was frustrating. However, they kindly threaded my eyebrows to apologise for messing me around. The lashes were fine but not what I had expected at all. I thought I was getting single lashes but they were "individual" lashes which I thought is a bad description as to me that sounded the same as single lashes but in fact it was just clumps of lashes glued on which made it look like I had huge false eyelashes on when I just wanted a natural look. I went back two days later and got them taken off, and the staff did that for free.

I always come to this salon, but it was my first time getting a hot wax. The lady was amazing and really nice. She gave me a Hollywood instead of a Brazilian but made up for it with extra coins for the tanning beds. The tanning beds are also superb
