I forgot who did my wax a Russian lady. Bless her she made me feel so comfortable for my first time waxing. she was so friendly and talkative made the whole experience great for me.

The staff were lovely, however the place was quite dirty and uncomfortable to be in. I got taken into the room that was still messy from the last patient. I wasn’t given the consultation form until after the treatment. And the overall treatment wasn’t great, the room smelt terrible, was unclean and there were no pauses between the treatment, the laser machine was used on me twice as much as any other beauty clinic and it didn’t feel quite right. I will not be returning but the staff were very nice!
