The lady at the Reception made me wait more than 20minutes even though I was on time for my appointment and I had pre-paid. Someone without appointment came in and went straight in. Even though I explained to the receptionist that I have limited time to wait during my lunch break, she told me that it is my choice whether to wait or come back later.
Even though my experience started badly, I am very pleased with my appointment and with the russian blond lady who usually does laser and waxing. She apologised and she was the only one who asked what I have been waiting for in the last 20min.
I would not recommend it though because my time is valuable and that’s why I always pre-book.

Staff are very nice and my beautician was running late they manage to find me someone else in a nearby branch. It was a bit of a hassle but managed to get my wax before my holiday
