I came in for a bikini wax and whilst the lady was very pleasant, she didn’t really listen to what I wanted and took off a lot more than I had requested.
This doesn’t bother me personally but it would it you were particular about how you like it.
When I was taken to the room the previous client hadn’t left so that was also a bit awkward for me and the previous client.
There was also a double-dipping situation which is very bad practice and unhygienic.
I’ve since noticed that the management do not seem to take kindly to bad reviews so I’m expecting them to respond and say I should try laser and that because I’m anonymous my review is invalid.
I am choosing to remain anonymous but I can assure you this is a true reflection of my experience at the salon.
As I said, the lady was pleasant but I don’t think I’ll be returning due to poor hygiene practice.
