Wonderful staff and professional salon, I have been coming here for about 10 years and they never fail to impress. Rola is my favourite for laser but they are all great!

Leyla was very nice and kind. She spent plenty of time in my waxing even i arrived a bit late and she was making sure that the job was perfect.

AWFUL. There are no words to describe the whole experience I had today here. I understand it’s a cheap place, so the expectations can’t be high, but they are able to go even lower than the lowest ones.
The wax itself was the most painful and worst done I have ever had.
The lady complained about my hair, not easy to manage, as it it was my fault, and you can’t make me feel ashamed and embarrassed about the pattern of my hair.
When the nightmare had finished I was waiting for her to leave the room and get changed. When I have seen she wasn’t leaving at all, I got up to look for my stuff and get dressed since I didn’t have anything on. Just then she suddenly left, opening the door with me just next to it and nothing on! I didn’t even had the time to realize that and cover myself, and other customers were passing by.
I can’t say if I was more frustrated, shocked, upset or embarrassed, it was just tremendous.
Those are less than basic rules that any therapists MUST BE AWARE OF.
When I went out from the room and told her she had to let me know that she was opening or, at least, she had to wait for me to get dressed, she couldn’t understand one word in English and just said “wax finished”.
Not even for a free wax you would get the same appalling “service”.
Needless to mention the conditions of dirtiness inside the room, you get sick just looking at it.
Ladies, DO NOT GO HERE!
Spend a bit more but go for a professional and well done treatment.
