Had a wonderful and warm experience with Rita. She is very considerate towards her clients and prioritises the client. I always feel comfortable and well taken care of. Only thing I would say regarding some of the other therapists is that they need to stop 1) disturbing therapists who are in the middle of treatment and 2) entering a treatment room without asking! I was in the middle of my Hollywood wax when some lady opened the door and I felt it was so rude! This needs to be taken care of .
