Should have taken 1hr 20 but took 20 minutes. This may seem like a good thing but the reality is that it was so rushed that so much hair was left. Granted, some was too short but some was by far long enough and I got it off easily at home with a waxing strip myself later on. It wasn’t a small amount of hair left but a considerable amount, otherwise I’d be understanding. Cleanliness could be better. Overall I personally would not return but staff seem friendly.

Had a wonderful and warm experience with Rita. She is very considerate towards her clients and prioritises the client. I always feel comfortable and well taken care of. Only thing I would say regarding some of the other therapists is that they need to stop 1) disturbing therapists who are in the middle of treatment and 2) entering a treatment room without asking! I was in the middle of my Hollywood wax when some lady opened the door and I felt it was so rude! This needs to be taken care of .
