Service was poor. As they were busy, they didn't check properly what treatment I had booked. Instead of doing a bikini wax, they did a brazilian. I had to stop them. I advise them to slow down and check carefully what the client has requested and paid for.

I have very sensitive skin and it left me with a lot of blisters and burns. I’ve had it done here before and never had the same problem so was a bit disappointed. I’m a bit scared to go back to be honest. The staff was very nice and made me feel at ease.

Not much information about the treatment itself, had to ask a lot of questions to find out that it's not really a high intensity treatment as it presents itself and you'll need obviously 5-6 to see results.
