I get a Hollywood wax all the time and that’s what I asked for but on arrival I was told I had to pay £10 extra due to hot wax. I paid and the job still wasn’t done correctly, I had to go back into the shop to ask for her to do it again as there was still hairs in visible places. Totally unacceptable and I’m sure I did not have to pay an extra £10 on top for my £15.00
