I come here quite often and I’ve always been satisfied. However, this time the lady didn’t give me the full package I booked myself in for. She made me feel uncomfortable about my long hair , and was not thorough with her waxing. I was confused cus I thought this was her job lmao. Her name is Ayesha I was told. Overall this clinic is good but if you’re gonna go here, make sure you don’t have her as your beautician.

Good location, clean and bright. Service was bad- the wax job was slow and lacked technique. I Was told to pay extra for hot wax on when leaving despite having paid online, even though she used strip wax in certain areas when I specifically asked not to because “its not different and faster ”. If it’s not different then I shouldn’t have to pay an extra £10 for using hot wax. The staff were rude and the therapist spent the whole time trying to sell other services. I explained I wasn’t really interested and she wouldn’t stop pressuring me to buy the laser package.
