Unfriendly staff. Shouting over the reception area to customer in waiting about nature of appointment. Dirty rooms. Towel in the room looked dirty but was apparently clean. Beautician comes into the room with no sense of privacy for customer, people walking past were able to look into the room.

Laser hair removal working amazing - just had my second session. After the first session the hair began growing invisibly like when babies have tiny hairs, and now the hair is extremely thin. In between sessions the hair has fallen out then disappeared for ages before signs of any new growth.
