Booked in for the 2 for £109 experience with my partner. We arrived about 11.30am with a treatment booked for 1pm and the light lunch booked for 2.30pm. We decided to come earlier to try the spa facilities before it was time for our treatments. As for the spa faciliies, I must say I was pretty disappointed. The only thing available to us was the swimming pool and the steam room. The jacuzzi wasn't working and neither was the sauna. I felt a bit let down that the jacuzzi wasn't available for use and no one had been in touch to let me know in advance. Also, for the sauna, a couple of gentlemen were in at the time and told us that some switch may have tripped and the sauna is losing all the heat when we popped in. So the sauna was available for use but with no heat! Was disappointing that not all the facilities were working or available for use. In terms of the treatment, we both opted for the "For Business Back Ritual". This was lovely and the ladies that did the treatment were lovely. Although we could've both done with the back massage being a bit firmer, but I guess that's just our personal preference. The afternoon tea was nice with a selection of cakes and sandwiches, a mocktail and a choice of tea or coffee. Nice little selection. Overall the experience was pleasant but there's definitely room for improvement.

My friend and I had a fantastic time at the spa! The relaxation room is wonderful, so tranquil! The therapists we had were outstanding! So polite, professional and definitely in possession of magical hands! Genuinely the best massage and facial we have ever had! I would highly recommend the revitalising face and back treatment!

the venue is ok but even on a midweek was quite busy as it is based round a gym, trying to relax in sauna or poolside and an aqua aerobics class starts enter one boom box blaring away! then the relaxation room constant stream of gobby cows telling the whole room their life story, no point playing relaxing music as this was drowned out by the constant chatter. facilities good but spoiled by sharing with gym and clients not being told to keep the noise down

Had a great day. Used the gym first then went for treatments which were great, staff were good and I very much enjoyed the treatment itself.
The deal came with an afternoon tea which was ok, restaurant staff very moody and barely pleasant, never smiled once whilst she served us.
Used swimming pool and sauna afterwards which were both good.

Bought a spa day at the Westerwood for myself and a friend after seeing a good deal online. I wasn't sure what to expect as I had never been before but I was pleasantly surprised. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, the back, neck and shoulder massage and facial were both excellent, and the spa facilities were nice and reasonably quiet as we went on a weekday. We had afternoon tea which was included in the deal and it was excellent, couldn't fault it at all. I wouldn't hesitate to go back here, it was a great day and fantastic value for money.

Just back from Spa day package for my sisters 40th with my Mum also, we had a lovely day. First time visiting the Hotel and was very impressed. Only thing was we were given the wrong lunch which was more expensive but that was fine and if anything its just that it would be nice to have a quiet area away from the pool to relax in as it can get quite noisy with all the guests coming and going with kids etc. But overall I think it was a lovely Spa and will definitely be back.

Loved the hotel and almost everything about it. The only down side was the fact that the whole block where our room was, was absolutely roasting hot- all day and all night. We did find out that the laundry was under us and we were offered a fan but it would have been blowing about hot air so would have been pointless. Air conditioning in this part of the hotel would make a huge difference to people staying in it.

Hi Sabrina, Thank you for taking the time to put your feedback. I appreciate your comments about the heat in that area and will pass this information on to the correct department.
