Had an amazing day, very relaxing and the relaxation room is a very nice touch. However, could have done with a hot tub and also more information about the fact that there would be children present.
We firstly had problems when booking through Treatwell. We selected the date we wanted and paid the £238 for the two of us to have the Luxury Spa Experience.
We then received an email from the hotel to inform us that the chosen day had no availability for the treatments, so we had to rearrange.
When we arrived for our treatments, the staff on reception were ok at best. No "Welcome to Norton Park, lovely to see you" etc., just a cursory welcome, two clipboard of forms to complete, given some robes and a towel and told to wait in reception. It was at this point that I observed the pool area to be somewhat like a public leisure centre i.e. lots of noise, small children running around and then a pool workout class! Hardly a relaxing atmosphere.
The changing rooms were small and looked like they didn't receive regular cleaning throughout the day.
As for the treatments themselves, they were amazing. I can hand on heart say that the massage and pedicure were some of the best I have ever received. Well done ladies. Thank you.
As for lunch, this was also very good, although they had run out of Prosecco...I'm not being a diva, but how do you run out of Prosecco?!
We then decided after lunch to go home, as the pool area was simply not the relaxing setting that we were after.
So, 5 stars for the treatments, 4 for the lunch and 3 for the venue and reception staff.
Would I recommend the treatments? A resounding yes! Would I go again for the luxury spa experience? No. I'd just book the treatments directly and skip lunch.

Good value for money with the 2 person offer. Pool nice. Changing room cramped, relax room ok but a bit dark if you want 2 read, lunch very good. Could be improved by staff showing you the facilities on arrival.
