Booked for my nieces 21st, was lovely, but small in the pool area for lots of people, but staff were lovely, food was nice and the treatment was amazing would definitely go back
Treatment was very good, lunch was fine, but for a spa day there is no real relaxation space to use whilst in and out of the wet areas, only about a dozen beds (not enough), plus just when you are about to relax at about 3.15 you are deafened by screaming kids having swimming lesson. Plus no real introduction of the day - where to eat, where to relax, what is available.
Loved the experience, the facilities were great & the food was amazing! The only criticism is was that children came into the swimming pool at 4 to have a lesson & my whole day was about taking some time away from my children, so I'm not being rude but I didn't want to be with anyone else's either.
What can I say, it was brilliant. Better than expected, will be going again

Treatment and therapist were excellent. Pool area nothing special, experience shower not working and not informed, jacuzzi closed for 'cleaning' middle of day, staff forgot to remove sign so it could be used again. Apparently there is a relaxation room which we were not told about, we asked where we could get a cup of tea, and told there was a vending machine but they had no milk so had to walk right through hotel in our brown dressing gowns and had to pay nearly £6 for 2 cups of tea. I booked this as a birthday gift for my 73 year old mum, the spa were short staffed and left her waiting in a walk through area for 40mins, she ended up having no treatment, I was promised a refund, they took my card details, 3 days later nothing and they will not reply to my emails and I'm unable to get through on the phone.
Very poor, would not visit or recommend again.
