Had the best wax ever. Shetal was kind, friendly and warm. I was a little nervous about getting a wax, but she calmed my nerves and made me feel so comfortable. I walked out with such a smooth finish, very happy with the results. She gave me excellent aftercare advise too, which has really been helping post wax. See you again soon.

Previously had several waxes before but this was extremely painful. Wax was potentially applied to thick. Shetal was lovely and friendly but wouldn’t recommend for waxing unfortunately.

I experienced terrible wax burn after my treatment, painful red patches with my skin peeling. I haven't experienced this before. Unfortunately the regrowth also suggests the treatment wasn't executed well. The beauty therapist was nice, and I'm sure based off the other reviews is wonderful at her other treatments - but I would not recommended for waxing.

Shetal is so lovely!! She made me feel very safe and confident all the way through and did such an amazing job!! Lovely atmosphere too! She kept checking on me to see if I was comfortable and pain free. Definitely recommend and definitely will go back to her again
