I booked in with Lee for my very first Botox and skin booster a month before my wedding. From start to finish, the experience was exceptional. Communication was clear and prompt, with all forms sent well in advance of the treatment. Leanne took the time to explain the procedure thoroughly, which immediately put me at ease.
The treatment room was spotless and pleasantly cool, and the anaesthetic worked like a charm, leaving me completely comfortable and relaxed throughout the treatment. Leanne thoughtfully changed the needle frequently to minimise any discomfort, which made a huge difference.
I was also impressed by the care that extended beyond the treatment itself. A detailed follow-up email was sent afterwards, and Leanne kindly responded to my late messages outside of working hours, which I greatly appreciated.
