I wasn’t able to have my treatment as it is obviously not ran by people with experience of micro ring extensions/tape ins.
I was told they couldn’t perform the service because my hair would “fall out” however I’ve had extensions for years and I get weekly blow drys and have NEVER had an issue.
Still waiting to be refunded because they took one look and was like “no” I’m not sure if it was down to race as they sent me next door to a black hair salon 🤣🤣

Stylist was lovely but as the treatment goes into the hair it becomes very dry and hard to brush (which is normal) - the stylist used a fine tooth comb to brush my hair and a lot of my hair was pulled out while brushing as a result. With a better brush this could have been prevented. In saying this, the treatment is good and after a few weeks I’m still happy with it.
