The treatment I booked was not available i.e. style consultation / wash. Zeni was lovely but did not have the experience / English / knowledge of what I’d booked! There was no one else in the salon. She did a decent job with the dry cut and luckily only charged me £12.

Always feel very welcomed and comfortable. They always offer coffee, do a great head massage (an essential in my books) and I've never not been happy with the cut/colour.
