Always feel very welcomed and comfortable. They always offer coffee, do a great head massage (an essential in my books) and I've never not been happy with the cut/colour.

I was kept waiting 35 minutes without any magazines to read, not the ideal Saturday afternoon. Haircut felt rushed as she was trying to make up time. Disappointed

Had appointment with Marlita, but was told she wasn't working there on Thu and I had to go for Zeni. She doesn't speak English, so we basically couldn't communicate. The perm is barely holding, looks like it will go completely flat in a few days' time. Very unhappy with my experience.
