Ana Bela cut the bottom of my hair rounded, in an oval shape, rather than a straight line. I asked her to do this and it looks really nice.

This was my first salon appointment in goodness knows how long. When I first turned up I wasn’t too sure. I was met with smiles, the hairdressers and barber do primarily speak Portuguese so bare this in mind. This did at first make me feel uncomfortable, but The barber was apologetic and explained this was the easiest way for them to communicate at times. They explained everything to me (my hair was shambles) and gave their honest opinion of what they wanted to do, so I let them. I was not unhappy with the outcome. I went from a variety of brunette/copper to a beautiful blonde balayage just how I wanted. I can’t thank them enough for making my hair feel and look great again!
