Love my new haircut and my hair is still perfectly curly this evening, it never normally holds! Cleo was fabulous - I felt perfectly happy in her very experienced hands. The salon is delightful - bright, airy and relaxing. I'll be back, would recommend.

This was the worst haircut I’ve ever had. They cut the front very short despite me clearly saying I wanted it the same length all the way around. The front layers (which I didn’t even want) were very uneven and looked awful. The stylist apologised and said she wasn’t sure how it had happened. They offered me a free haircut to fix it days later but the new stylist didn’t take much time on me and couldn’t do much except neaten it a little. Overall I was very upset & disappointed.
