Temperature checked on arrival and asked to sanitise hands. Facial was good, was given a foot massage as well! Very thorough. Unfortunately wasn’t told what was being put on my skin and wasn’t talked through my skin type or given advice. Luckily my skin isn’t that sensitive. However Natalia was very thorough, good massage and products used have made my skin feel very nice.
