Great place - friendly and very professional staff

The worst hairdresser in London. Kept sniffing all over me and clearly was unwell but hadn’t cancelled my appointment. Gave me stripy, cheap looking highlights and not the colour that I asked for. Didn’t use a hairbrush once until the very end and only a hand held tangle teezer was used. Very heavy handed and painful. Spoke very poor/ no English so impossible to have a conversation and explain what you want. Absolutely awful experience with Flávio.
