Not great! First asked if I could have a couple of layers, was told I had only booked a trim (not what it was listed as) Then had fringe cut wonky (corrected after) but unfortunately didn't clock until home that one side is far shorter than the other

I have been coming to Fla for about a year now. He knows my hair, knows I am low maintenance (I cycle everywhere so there is no point in having a high maintenance haircut!) always gives me quick tips on how to improve my hair quality and I am usually in and out in less than an hour!
