The salon is tidy and clean. The guys are super welcome and friendly: Denis in particular has been amazing, he got what I wanted immediately and has treated me like a princess. The Kerastase mask is great for the hair and cut and blow dry we’re absolutely perfect. Denis has got golden hands. I’ll be a regular.

This was a really negative experience for me. The stylist made me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. I asked to keep the length and showed a picture of a style. She said my curly hair required a different style. She cut my hair super short and hacked at it pretty aggressively! I’m really upset with the style. It is a well executed haircut but not what I wanted. She was also very rude, telling me my scalp is too dry but giving no advice. She pulled faces at my hair and I felt close to tears.
