Lucia was an absolutely amazing hairdresser - I am deaf, and she accommodated me beautifully, making sure I felt okay and good at every moment, and was happy to use body language to communicate. The bleach and haircut were exactly what I wanted. One of the best hairdresser experiences I've ever had. Lucia is a gem!

Not what I booked or asked for. Booked for Denny’s and he wasn’t there, so had a different hairdresser. She tried to rush my appointment as there were people waiting. I asked for a trim and ended up with at least 3 inches being cut off in the attempt to make it straight, due to her cutting it using an electric razor.
