Didn’t get the hairdresser I selected and when cut, hair was wonky at the back. There was another lady waiting when I arrived and my whole hair cut and wash only took fifteen minutes. My hair was cut a lot shorter than I asked for and was not done to a high standard. Not sure if it was because there was a rush to get back to the other customer but left feeling unhappy with the experience and my haircut

Friendly and very clean. Only things were that they were running 20 minutes late and I don't think they have much knowledge of my hair type (frizzy and thin) as I don't think this was factored into the cut or finish.

This is the first time I have ever reviewed anywhere but I don't want anybody else to book a haircut and then have the same experience I did.
The worst haircut I have ever had. I requested an inch off the length of my hair and the same off the layers - we agreed this plan at the beginning. At the end I had to point out several areas he'd missed that were a different length, he cut the front of my hair straight across and extremely short, he refused to cut my layers and in the end I walked out.
