Fantastic salon on heart of Stockwell
Great welcome when you get in offering hot or cold beverage.
All staff very kind , even if you book your appointment with wrong services, they offer a solution .
I wasn’t comfortable at all to go into new hairdresser, but they make feel relaxed and welcome ,once I seat on chair she starting with short brief about my appointment, to understand everything before she start .
Marlita was fantastic and very detailed.
Also they are Kérastase salon .

The appointment felt very rushed and took about 6 mins when it was scheduled to take 45. If this is the standard time at this salon this should be updated. The haircut itself was well done but this was very overpriced, overall would not recommend.
