The staff were very friendly however I did have to wait an extra 20 minutes. And the wax didn't stick very well and made it hard to tear off.

I always go to visual hair and beauty to get my Gel nails. Although the therapist tells me the gels will last 2 weeks they have ALWAYS lasted much longer for me and never chipped. Staff are always extremely friendly and polite - always offered plenty of tea and coffee too. I always ask for normal block colors but the therapist is always enthusiastic about doing designs/glitter for me and showing me what she can do - at no extra cost. I wouldn't go anywhere else for gels, despite the ample choice in Battersea/Clapham.
