Natalia was not very transparent about additional costs, I was under the impression that manicure and pedicure included shellac and removal, so I was quite shocked to have received an additional £28 charge. She also cut my finger quite badly which is still painful the following day which is especially disappointing considering how much I was paying for the service. £80 total was not good value for money in my option.

Great experience with Francie. 2nd time doing my Brazilian blowdry and she does a really great job, taking her time to make sure it’s done properly. 2 weeks post and hair is a lot smoother.

I had never got my hair done before and was a little fearful but Francy was great she gave me a great head of highlights and was really skilled she listened to my ideas and was very understanding highly recommend Francy!
