The beautician was very sweet, however the facial itself was far from “deep”. She didn’t bother removing my make up (I had to do this myself in the end), didn’t steam the face properly and used Johnson’s baby wipes for the most part of the procedure. The whole experience lasted around 20 mins. My skin looks and feels exactly the same. This experience was very far from any other facial I’ve had in the past.

Staff was friendly. Full leg and bikini line was extremely painful, the girl wasn’t holding my skin when pulling off wax. Bikini area was completely missed on one side
