Unfortunately I can't review this service as I ended up leaving and did not get the appointment I had booked for. I arrived on time and after about 7 minutes was asked if i could wait another 5 minutes as the client before me wanted another treatment. I agreed, five minute extra was fine. However after another ten minutes I was told my appointment would be in 8 minutes time, I told them I had to leave to get ready for work. They then said ok it will be 5 minutes, this would have made my appointment 23 minutes later than I booked it so I had to leave.

Treatments were good, fantastic results for both, only issue was a HUGE language barrier. The therapist didn't speak a word of English and if I didn't speak her language I wouldn't have been able to explain what I wanted. Ok to have basic English but not a single word makes explaining how to shape eyebrows VERY hard.
