Went in for a cut and highlights in which Vera took a lot of time in making sure the colour she was doing was the exact one I wanted. All the staff are so friendly and at the end the colour was just perfect. Would definitely recommend to a friend and will be going back!

Good experience overall. Long waiting time as they were running a bit late on their schedule but they offered a discount + free hair treatment to apologise which was nice. Haircut and blow dry OK.

Sandra was my beautician and she was fantastic. She did an excellent job and was extremely professional. Best waxing ever in London. She was so meticulous and did not leave any hair! First time also I didn't react after a wax because she probably took her time and put some aloe vera gel afterwards. Thank you Sandra! I will definitely will come back for more treatments.
