first of all the person in charge was late 15 min so we had to wait in front of the salon to be opened. i can understand, it happens but was not a good start.
the process was explained and i really hoped the result will be good.
during drying my hair the hairdresser burned my skin so after the treatment my scalp was peeling off for a week. did not look good at all.
the treatment was done 5 weeks ago and my waves are back. it supposed to last min 3-4 months
so in general i am not happy
