The Clapham salon is the rudest salon I’ve ever been too. The first salon in Stockwell dyed my hair reddish brown when it was meant to be blonde highlights with a toner on it. I went for a correction at the Clapham branch and after I had explained what I wanted and didn’t want this time (naturally extremely cautious after they got the colour so wrong the first time round), the hairdressers were giving each other looks and went from talking in English to another language with the male hairdresser going “pffft” and rolling his eyes. I felt so uncomfortable and paranoid I could feel myself welling up. Not very nice or professional. I’m not pleased with the result after the correction, which just involved masking it with more toner and making it a ginger blonde, but I didn’t feel comfortable to ask for the highlights to be redone. Overall not a nice experience or end finish and will now have to pay to get it done again somewhere else.
