Had a great experience at le salon, the hairdressers regularly topped up my water then made me hot chocolate after she saw that I was a bit cold
The lady did a thorough job on my highlights and gave me the best recommendation about the colour and style that I wanted. I also asked for a trim with just a tiny amount off and she actually did just cut the bare minimum! When I normally ask for this hairdressers just cut whatever they want off and leave my hair a bit shorter than I wanted so this was spot on
Would definitely go back and have already recommended to friends

I was informed that hair drying wasn't included in a full head of highlights I was told it was an extra £15 to what I paid. It was extremely embarrassing as I then had to bring it back up when they began blow drying. Also didn't ask what way/colours I would like my higlights and just began putting in a full head of bleach. I won't be returning.
