Great experience altogether. The hairstylist was very competent and kind, considerate and pleasant. She did a good job and gave me helpful tips on how to care for my hair. Highly recommend this salon

I arrived for my appt at the Clapham branch and was told that there had been a mistake and I had to go to Stockwell. After waiting 45 mins, I received the worst highlights and cut I’ve ever had - after four hours, my hair was still brown at the roots, the stylist couldn’t understand what I wanted, and the cut was jagged. To be fair, they corrected the colour for free at the Clapham branch once I called to complain, but the whole experience was a waste of my life and I’m too scarred to go back.
