I had an appointment last Thursday, the 30th for an eyelash lift with my friend and we had the worse experience ever.
I knew from the start that theres something wrong with the procedure and when i see the outcome, it turned out as not was we're expecting.
It wasn't even lifted, and looked like it was just curled by a curler.
Next day was worse, it just came back from a normal looking eyelashes and same thing happened with my friend.
I have already complained with the lady who did our lashes but she doesn't speak much English and had to call her colleague who then explains for her.
They knew we wasn't satisfied and was upset already but didn't even offer any alternatives or anything that will settle the situation.

It’s a really intimate salon, with only 1 place downstairs for nails, the quality is great and the staff are so friendly and welcoming!
