I’ve never left a bad review before, but unfortunately this wasn’t good. Appointment at 10am, turned up on time but hairdresser pointed to a sofa then ignored me for 5 mins while she finished texting. Ended up with three different products smeared down my cheeks (one in my eye) because she wasn’t paying attention while washing my hair. Water was tepid and fingernails scratchy - not relaxing at all. A friend of hers came in and they had a very loud chat for 10 mins as she started the cut, during which she turned to me and said ‘You want straight?’ Her friend was still shouting, so I just said ‘Yes’ - actually I wanted to ask her opinion on a couple of things, but didn’t feel I could get a word in. Very quick cut, though it is ok despite not being what I wanted. Appointment for 1 hr 10mins, but was in and out in 30 (including the texting time). Won’t be returning. Hate leaving negativity, but it needs to be flagged up.

Extremely happy with my braziallian hair treatment. My hair has never looked or felt better.
Ladies' Brazilian Blow Dry
The massage was fine, slightly harsh rather than relaxing at times, but overall pretty good. A young girl opened the door to the treatment room in the middle of it, and I could hear the music from the salon at the front, so I wasn't able to totally switch off which is what I was looking for. Overall, people were nice and treatment was fine, but I probably wouldn't go back for a relaxing experience.
