The salon was lovely and clean and staff friendly! My cut by Francey was great and she styled my hair really nicely. It was good value for money in London!. Only thing that could have been better was the hair wash, the person who washed it was a little rough at times and hurt a bit and the water was either boiling hot or cold.. I would go back but an improvement for next time :) overall a good experience and I would go back again

This was my first time here and I was so impressed with the whole experience. This was the fastest, most pain-free wax I think I’ve ever had. Couldn’t recommend Natalia enough. I’ve already booked to come back for my next wax.
